These Terms of Service govern the use of Backstop, a software platform developed and operated by ROMIX GROUP, S.R.L.
Acceptance Of Terms
By using Backstop, you agree to use the app and related services in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity associated with their account.
Permitted Use
Backstop is intended for baseball operations, coaching, scouting, player development, pitch tracking, session review and related organizational workflows.
Organization-Managed Access
Access may be assigned or managed at the organization level for teams, academies or scouting departments. Account status and permissions may affect which tools are available inside the app.
Intellectual Property
Backstop software, branding, design and related intellectual property are owned by ROMIX GROUP, S.R.L. or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for the accuracy and use of data they enter.
Availability And Disclaimer
We work to keep Backstop available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will be error-free in every environment.
Termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated if an account violates these terms, is misused or is no longer associated with an authorized organization.
