Account Access
Backstop accounts may be assigned to an organization and managed through administrator-approved access. If your account needs review, contact support.
Exports And Reports
If CSV export or game summaries are unavailable, confirm your account status and contact support if you believe access should be enabled.
App Troubleshooting
For login issues, missing data, export problems or unexpected behavior, send screenshots and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
Account Deletion
Users can initiate account deletion directly inside the app under Manage Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes the user account.

Teams and academies can request onboarding guidance for session setup, player management and export workflows.
